Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order. Returns and exchanges need to be sent to our main return warehouse. We will send you complete return instructions via email once you contact us at cuddlecaddy@gmail.com or use our contact page.
We will normally reply within 24-48 hrs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging If possible, or stable packaging of your choice. You are responsible for any shipping charges it will cost to send an item back to us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any sale or heavily discounted items
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase such as your order number, or your name or email that you placed your order under.
Refunds
We will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded or exchanged your item (s). Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days stated by your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your payment method as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is always processing time before a refund is posted. If you have waited a number of days (72 hours) and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact page.
Exchanges
We understand that we are all different sizes and when purchasing items online and sometimes things just don't fit! We recognize this completely and will do our very best to correct the situation promptly.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
